Process, models and cliches

In some cases cliches, makes you think that we live in a world where life could be a book written for someone who knows you since forever.

Actually, like my professor, I’ve talked about creates processes, methods because a lack of them can’t speed up improvements in the businesses areas. Even, having intelligent people with good skills without process/models, they couldn’t improve business because management cares selling, marketing, and thus stuff who aren’t creating real values to the business.

I ask you… Your business is growing, your are selling more, is opening new opportunities in countries, how do you feel if there an area is better than the HQ offices?

Do you imagine if the Support Management from outside creates a process that is better than the HQ offices?

Do you imagine if that office is better in terms of speed up the development/deployment/delivery stuff than where are you working at?

Yeah, maybe that is frustrating and maybe that country will grow faster than yours works at.
For this reason and many others, I’ve started reading Thinking in Systems: A Primer, because it scares me if someone else can create a process first than I when I had the opportunities to make them.
